sea, lake, and river fishing, sailing, canoeing, scuba diving, walking, bird watching,
bicycle hire, tennis, riding and pony trekking, and numerous historical and archaelogical
sites. The wide sandy beach at Barley Cove is just 20 minutes away. There are excellent
restaurants within a short distance of the cottage, and innumerable bars offering
traditional Irish craic. The shops in Schull provide truly cosmopolitan goods
as well as first class local produce.
